The spat between the UAW and FCA is about to go ballistic. UAW workers at FCA's Kokomo, Indiana transmission plant have given notice that they will strike Wednesday night.

The UAW is saying that strategic strikes against important facilities could force FCA to improve the contract terms. The strike at Kokomo could have catastrophic results for FCA's Q4 numbers, 75% of Jeep and RAM production is dependent on components from Kokomo.

Should the strike move forward its predicted that FCA could lose up to $1 billion per week.
