Does anyone know if the truck bed tent will work with the Ram box?

I just looked at the installation instructions. (There's a link to them on the page you linked.) It appears to install with straps, only, and that doesn't seem to conflict with the Rambox, although you wouldn't be able to easily access the Rambox when it's installed.

It does say "Fits 5.7' conventional and Ram Box bed" so it must fit. You'll just have a bit less horizontal space.

Yeah I'll be getting it but it won't be for awhile since it's too cold for camping now.

Just stumbled upon this, I have had one of these for a couple years now and I love it, its a great way to get off the ground. The Napier ones are very good quality and quite easy to set up the second time around (I definitely recommend setting it up on the yard in daylight before you go out).
