So I got my rebel back in October. Just got to 1600 miles on it when I heard a grinding noise. Took it into the dealer and the torque converter broke. It has been two week and still haven't gotten my truck back. Got a call today saying the transmission is in but the transfer case gears broke as well. Anyone else having this problem as well?

Not exactly the same. But my truck shifts hard when you first take off. Worse when it's cold. To the point the truck shakes when it finally shifts. Then like if I come off the high way and do a very slow rolling stop and go to take off slowly it slams into gear. Like there is allot of driveline slack it has to take up before moving (the best I can describe it) been to the dealer a couple times and all they said was it may shift funny the first time and then did a trans controller reset. So it could relearn it reself . but it didn't help. I wonder if I could be having torque converter issues

Well week 4 without the rebel. They had to replace the shifter cylinoid but then couldn't get it out of park. Apparently the wrong computer program is in my truck so they are flying a guy out from Detroit to put the correct program in.. So frustrated

Well after 25 days in the shop I got the truck back. The grinding noise turned out to be a PCV that went bad. All in all had a full transmission replacement, shifting cylinoid, reprogrammed my truck, and ran an extra 100 miles on it. That goodness for warranties.
