Are you talking about tire pressure monitoring? That's listed as a standard feature on the Ram Trucks website. I checked my list of features on the window sticker and it doesn't have it listed specifically, but I know its there when I scroll using the down arrow on the left side of the steering wheel.
Yes I have one, and its there.I know I may regret this, but do you have your Rebel yet or are you referring to another 1500?
I know it's standard on the 1500, but I'm wondering if RAM didn't include it with the Rebel b/c of the over sized tires.
Can anyone check the EVIC in their Rebel to see if they get tire pressure info?
This isn't just limited to trucks correct? It also applies for SUV, Coupe, etc?Yep..
When did TPMS become law?
The Act mandated the use of a suitable TPMS technology in all light motor vehicles (under 10,000 pounds), to help alert drivers of under-inflation events. This act affects all light motor vehicles sold after September 1, 2007.

Yeah, me too. I drove my daughter to school this morning and she found the 'upper glove box'. I knew about the lower one of course, but thought that upper panel just had an air bag behind it. Bonus!Crisis averted. I found it. Goes to show you how much I still have to learn about this truck. Thanks Randy & Test123.
Must have been after they realized how vital it is to safety as not everyone is going to know how to check tire pressures and to fill it up. And when you get really low, into the 10 psi range, it gets dangerous.Yep..
