Anyone seen the teaser picks that Mopar has put up on the custom Rebel they are going to have at SEMA. Looks like it has beadlocks, pocket flares, and the front skid plate appears to have a different/larger opening in it possible for a winch? Be interesting to see if these accessories will be available and when. Here is a link to one of the articles: Mopar Teases Concepts Bound for SEMA, AWD Dodge Challenger » AutoGuide.com News

After seeing what other truck makes will be bringing to the show its good to see that RAM is also joining the rest, would have been a horrible time for them to sit out. They teased us with the right amount too... that lift and that wheel package...

Here are some real life pictures of the Ram Rebel X concept for SEMA. Car and Driver describes the Rebel X concept as not very 'concepty'. The reason? Most stuff bolted onto the Rebel is already available from MOPAR. Some stuff isn't. Like the 35-inch Toyo tires on 17-inch beadlocker rims, a "concept" air suspension, and an experimental skid plate.

Also...

Okay, so, not exactly everything is from the Mopar bin—the copper stitching on the Katzkin leather seats and the steering wheel is color-matched to the exterior, and the black-and-blue sticker package is fresh, too. Otherwise, the X’s tubular side steps, pedal kit, cold-air intake, cat-back exhaust, and Ram Air duct can be purchased by anyone keen on beefing up their V-8–powered (or otherwise) Ram 1500. Do the upgrades transform the Ram 1500 Rebel into a proper Ford F-150 Raptor fighter? Not exactly, but they do showcase the rebellious possibilities hiding in the Mopar catalog. Sort of.
