Ok I am thinking about removing the Ram 1500 and replacing with the Rebel badge. Now should I black out the Rebel badge or leave as is?

I want to remove the RAM 1500 as well. If you are replacing with the REBEL badge I think it would look better as is.

That is a good point, after all a design team had to confirm that placement of the badge and maybe in collaboration with their marketing team.... so some serious though has already been put into it. Looking at it with that mindset might help in deciding to keep the badge.

I like the idea of having it in matte black. Is your Rebel in red? Could you post any pictures to help us see what you've been up to?

I took off all of the badging on the side of mine. It was just to much and I think it looks better without it.

I don't have a picture of it yet, but I just debadged the sides completely and removed all the badges on the tailgate except for the RAM and the Rebel and it looks so much cleaner! I wanted to take the Rebel off the tailgate but I like the way it looks on there I think.

I recently purchased the White/Black Trim Rebel. I am going to add red to all the emblems so they look like they are shadowed with black. Got the decals from Ebay. Too cold here in PA to put them on since I have no heat in my garage. Will post pics eventually!

Looks good. I was thinking of doing something like that. I wish the HEMI 5.7 LITER badge was more clearer to read it better.i have an all white REBEL and the black features really stand out and i like that. The truck needs a little red detail such as the HEMI lettering. The fender badge is just too hard to read with the word HEMI in black & spaced apart a little. I also plan on putting an engine size badge on each side of the hood scoops just like the mopars of the 60, 70,s had with the engine size in chrome and the word HEMI in red. I just picked up the MAY issue of FOUR WHEELER MAGAZINE who tested the 2016 TRUCKS in EVERY driving situations both on & off road conditions. The trucks tested with the REBEL were the

CHEVY COLORADO CREW CAB Z71
REBEL 1500 CREW CAB
