Planning some mods for my freshly ordered Black rebel,

Current List:
  • 54" Curved LED bar, windshield mounted
  • 30" LED bar in bumper
  • LINE-X the skid plate and ram logo
  • Real tree Camo decals along side

Here are some mockups, one with out the ram logo coloured other without. Im looking for some opinions on these possible mods.

Also does anyone have any insight on where to install a switch panel on the inside of the truck?

Everything but the camo down the side. There's a fine line between good looking and "look at all this stuff I bought at Pep Boys".

Clean and simple is the way to go.

I really like the black center section and red tow hooks. Might even do the little light bar.

IMO
You are going to kill its natural good looks with the Camo decals. This fad is just about to die down anyways. Keep your $$ for something else.

Thanks everyone for their insights!!

Seeareeff do you think it should be line-x'd or painted to match the body color?
A buddy of mine owns a Line-X shop here in Florida. They can color match any color in existence. I'm sure a Canadian Line-X can do the same.
Thanks everyone for their insights!!

the stock bumber is powder coated. so i would probably match that with the silver part.
You say camouflage decals and I think Duck Dynasty.

Everything else you have planned sounds great though. I think it will look better if you try to exercise a little restraint so that it doesn't look overworked.

I agree about camo but I believe it can be done in such a way it actually looks good but it takes some creativity, not going to be easy but will be worth it if done right.
