You can try going to your dealership and measuring the Rebel bumpers they have. If they're not all 1/2 and inch off then Ram is lying.
Or someone from the forum can measure theirs.

It looks like the paint was scratched so the warranty may not cover it but it never hurts to ask.

Sounds like an electrical problem if you can still lock and unlock the Rebel manually.
