Hey all,

Been watching and reading posts here since I got my rebel in March. Finally decided to sign up. Traded up from my Honda accord.

Tinted the truck once i got it. All interior lights are LED, blue LED tag lights and the Opt7 LED headlights.

Just got a Borla S type exhaust and S&B intake that I plan to install once I have a weekend off work.

Also planning to do a tuner, slight lift and 35's once I have the cash.

How do you find the OPT7 headlights ? I've heard people having trouble with them and apparently their customer service isn't up to par either.

They are okay. They get the job done, but I'm not overly impressed by them. The only reason that I got them was so that my headlights and fog lights matched. It drives me crazy having two different shades of lighting.

Brightness is ehhh. They are definitely not brighter than stock headlights. I feel like a pair of silver stars would be brighter.

I've noticed that on dark roads with no oncoming traffic or street lights they are fine. Street lights are still fine. When there are cars oncoming though, it seems like the headlights get washed out and its a bit tough to see. I plan on replacing them with an HID system way down the road, but as I said, they can get the job done. I am looking into one of OPT7's light bars, but I want to figure out how to wire it into the center console stack (near the heated seats) for a clean look.
