So I am looking to lease a loaded white rebel that is in monotone. Do you think the dealer can add the black tone paint along the rockers?

I was looking for two tone too but was hard to find. Is it actually paint or a cover on the rocker?. I was thinking I may give plasti dip a shot on it in then future to see what it looks like. Keep us posted.

It's paint. But on the other hand, a vinyl decal of the right size can do a lot on a monotone and you don't need to pay as much for paint.

I would look into getting the bottom sprayed like the bed liner material. I will be getting this done shortly for under $200 and it will not chip so adds perfect protection and looks great.

that and unlike paint its very forgiving.
vinyl wraps have come a long way during the time they've been out. Applied correctly it can be mistaken entirely for paint. Seen it happen more than enough times. Even I get fooled every so often.

My truck is two tone already but I've decided I'm just going to get the rockers lined. I will probably do the flares too so they match. I have acquired quite a few of rock chips over the past year even with mud flaps.

I'd definitely chime in and say Line-X it. Extremely strong and durable, can't go wrong at all.
