Probably one of the easiest installs I have done and my first Tonneau Cover, of course also my first pickup, but who's counting.

Yes no drilling required, I would say total install time approx. 45 minutes. Have not water tested, but from reviews, says yes it is and once tail is locked, the cover is too of course.
