Anyone from SoCal recommend a good dealership for service in Orange County? If so, please post the name of the dealership and the advisor and why you recommend it.

Thanks so much.

Is the dealership you purchased your Rebel from not that great in the service department?
Did you happen to do any research into potential dealers you could go to and even advisors at those dealers? I bet there has to be some reports out there with all the RAM forums out there

Not only are the advisors important, but I think the service manager is even more important since he makes the final call on big or questionable items to be fixed.
The GreatRam - I purchased my truck from Indiana and live in SoCal. I am new to the area as well and the closest one to me is Tuttle-Click and I met an advisor there and as VaderRebel says the advisor and service manager are important. Well the Tuttle-Click advisor and the service manager didn't seem to care much when I met with them. I am very particular about the relationship with service department personnel.

Ramageddon - I haven't researched much yet and will be doing so on the ram forums.

Very true, they overlook the service advisors anyways.

Those guys could make or break the service department.

Anyone wanting to dig even deeper should try finding out what they can about the shop foreman, foreman and the service manager run most of the show.
