So instead of spending a couple grand on a trailer for a quad and having to tow it around, deal with maintenance and insurance, I decided to sell the canopy and bought a diamondback. This cover is great and it looks a million times better then a canopy. Can carry 1600lbs on top and I still have all the box space to store crap. Here's some before and after pics..

i'd rather have a trailer. just because i have watched too many youtube fail videos of people trying to load quads in the bed using ramps. I always backed into a ditch if i could to load my honda. looking forward to pictures of the ramps set up and a quad on your diamondback. be careful. are you selling topper. you must be in canada since you call it a canopy.

Ya I've seen those videos too, pretty entertaining lol. It's safe if you're careful and don't rush.....and not being drunk of course. I've seen drunkin idiots try to load atv's and I'm surprised they don't end up in a wheelchair.

Already sold the canopy, and yup I'm in Canada lol.

That's the route I want to go but I have a hard time forking out the cash. My buddy has one on his F250 with an eight foot bed. We can either haul both our ATVS or I'll pull a trailer with the ATVS so he can bring his ACE. What length ramps did you/are you going to buy?

I'm going to get a buddy to fab up some 12' foldable ramps for it, similar to the ones that diamondback sells.

I haven't put an atv on it yet but I have weighed it down pretty good and the truck levels it's self out. I know you can get the extensions for the diamondback but even with those I doubt you could load two atv's on it with the size of our tiny boxes.

You can load 2 atvs on it with our length of bed. It would be a squeeze though. You would have to use the full extension.
