Air suspension problems

Anyone else have an issue where your air suspension will not lower with the key fob or the only lower halfway? Also sometimes when parked it will not raise or lower either it looks like the entry exit mode at the back is not dropping properly the way it did when I picked the truck up two weeks ago.... Strange .... :-/

i have had a couple times when the truck was not running, that i wanted to lower the truck and it would not do it.
