From northeast Oklahoma to northern Idaho I towed a 20ft dovetail loaded with a 4 inch lifted 97 Tahoe 4x4. (2 door)I had the Tahoe loaded down with misc items adding roughly 300 pounds. The crew cab was filled along with the bed again roughly 300-400 pounds. I ordered the rebel with max tow package with air suspension and trailer brake controller. I used a load distribution hitch paired with the auto load leveling air suspension made it a breeze to tow. From start to finish the overall mpg was 9.8mpg. My average speed I kept 70-75 mph and through the passes no less than 65 and kept the rpms under 4K throughout the trip. Through the mountain passes going up steep grades rpms pretty much always stayed at 4K. Durning normal driving conditions flats and slight grades the rpms fluctuated from 2100 to 3000 rpms. My last truck was a 2014 ecodiesel. The rebel by far out pulled the ecodiesel.
