More Tundra, Less Raptor...

This is no raptor fighter (which is not necessarily a bad thing) think more TRD Pro then SVT...

This will give the Ram truck brand 10 distinct trim packages (Tradesman, Express, SLT, Big Horn/Lone Star, Sport, Outdoorsman, Laramie, Laramie Longhorn and Laramie Limited) with the Rebel slotting just above the Outdoorsman for customers who want a more active, customized look. The Rebel allows Ram to compete with more serious 4x4 packages like the Tundra TRD Pro and Nissan Titan Pro-4X while nudging ahead of the GM Z71 and Ford FX4 packages.

Although it would have been cool to see a direct rival to the raptor from ram, them taking this off-road angle is still pretty awesome.

I think they looked at the Raptor, what it takes to 'get' there and the expected return and said you know what, we can make just as much by going the simulacrum route.

Its more TRD Pro, aesthetically different, mild mechanical improvements...but visually it looks ready for Baja...

Now they just need to come out with a potent ram.
I remember years ago when they had the RAM SRT V10, that was a beast, basically a viper Ram!
